After deleting information on Hekka, the corresponding data will be removed or anonymized with the backup system update if unable to be removed immediately. Please note that your decision does not affect the prior information displayed and processed. Please be aware that functions of our services may require specific data to operate, and thus modifying your scope of authorization may lead to the inability to use our services.
You may access your personal information by sending a request to our Grievance Officer. You may also seek to correct your inaccurate or deficient personal data or delete such information. You may withdraw your consent to provide any or all information or decline to give the same as may be required from time to time. Whereas you choose to do so, your access to the services may be limited, or we might not be able to provide the services to you.

If we find that personal information has been collected from people under 18, we will delete that information and terminate that person's account.
